CRM

Companies, contacts, deals, and activity tracking, with per-user email sync.

Key concepts

Companies and Contacts are your core records. Deals move through a Pipeline of stages you define (with a "won" and "lost" stage marked). Activities — notes, calls, and emails — log against a contact or a deal.

One CRM, three applications

There isn't a separate "Sales CRM", "Property CRM", and "Recruiter CRM" as three different products — it's the same Companies/Contacts/Deals/Pipeline engine, seeded with a different pipeline depending on what your organisation needs it for:

Sales: a general-purpose pipeline (Applied → ... → Won/Lost, or whatever stages you define) for any team selling to businesses or consumers.

Property: the same engine, running two dedicated pipelines (Sales and Lettings) alongside the Property module's own listings, applicants, and viewings — see the Property doc.

Recruiter/ATS: candidates are Deals in a seeded "Recruiting" pipeline (Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired), attached to a Job Opening rather than a Company — see the Recruiter doc.

Whichever of these your organisation has enabled, contacts, companies, activity logging, and mailbox sync all work exactly the same way underneath.

How to work a deal

  1. Add a Company, then a Contact under it (or capture one straight from pasted text with natural-language intake)
  2. Create a Deal, attach it to the contact/company, and set its value
  3. Move the deal between pipeline stages as it progresses
  4. Log calls, notes, and emails against the contact or deal as you go

Syncing your mailbox

Connect your own Office 365, Gmail, or IMAP mailbox from the CRM section. Once connected, emails to and from your contacts appear automatically on their activity timeline — this is per-user, so each teammate connects their own inbox.
