Getting started
Create your organisation, invite your team, and turn on the modules you need.
1. Create your organisation
Register an account, then create an organisation from the dashboard. Every organisation is fully isolated — its own users, data, integrations, and permissions. If you work with more than one company (an agency serving several clients, for example), create a separate organisation for each.
2. Invite your team
From Settings → Members, invite teammates by email and assign them a role. By default, org admins can manage billing, integrations, and members; regular members get day-to-day access to whichever modules are enabled.
3. Set up department-based access (optional)
If a fixed admin/member split isn't granular enough, create Groups from Groups & Permissions — for example a "Finance" group that can manage billing but not integrations, or an "Ops" group scoped to CRM and vendor management only. Assign members to as many groups as apply; their effective permissions are the union of their role and every group they belong to.
- Go to Groups & Permissions
- Create a group and tick the specific permissions it should carry
- Open Members and assign the group to whoever needs it
4. Connect your own integrations
Every external system — accounting, e-signatures, cloud storage, outbound email, payments — is connected with your own account and your own credentials, never a shared one. See the Integrations guide for the full list and how to obtain credentials for each provider.
5. Enable the modules you need
Modules (CRM, InvoiceFlow, Billing, and so on) are switched on per organisation. If a module you need isn't visible in the navigation yet, ask your platform administrator to enable it for your organisation.
