Connecting your own integrations
Every integration uses your own account and your own credentials — nothing routes through a shared one.
Why bring your own
The platform's own OAuth apps only power the "Connect" button — the consent screen you authorise, and the token you get back, both belong to your account. Charges, documents, emails, and files all stay on your own accounting, Stripe, storage, and email accounts. Disconnecting at any time revokes the platform's access without affecting your underlying account.
Accounting (InvoiceFlow)
Connect one of Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Sage Business Cloud Accounting from Settings. Once connected, run Sync to pull in your invoices and keep the aging report current.
E-signatures (Documents)
Connect DocuSign or Adobe Sign from Settings to send uploaded documents out for signature directly from the platform.
Cloud storage (Documents)
Documents are stored in your own bucket — Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob Storage. Provide the bucket name and access credentials in Settings; the connection is tested with a real request before it's saved, so a typo is caught immediately rather than on the next upload.
Outbound email
Reminders, chase emails, and other system notifications send from your own address using your own provider: SMTP2GO, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES, or any generic SMTP account. Add your credentials and sending address in Settings — a real test email is sent before the connection is saved.
Online payments
Connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect from Settings. Every charge a client makes lands directly in your Stripe account.
Mailbox sync (CRM)
Each user can connect their own mailbox — Office 365, Gmail, or generic IMAP — from the CRM section, so emails sent to and from contacts show up automatically on their activity timeline.
AI features
Natural-language request intake, contact/lead parsing, activity summaries, and drafting throughout the platform are optional and run on your own Anthropic API key, added from Settings. Nothing AI-related is billed to the platform, and none of it is required to use the rest of the product.
